By you simply reading this now, I already look forward to meeting you! I am a proud born and raised New Mexican; thus, a holistic approach of the body-mind-spirit is naturally ingrained in my therapy practice. When in session, I want to foster safe spaces where challenging conversations and vulnerable emotions can be explored and processed, and achievements are celebrated. I am a firm believer that just because we can do something alone, does not mean we have to. Whatever stage of life you are in, let's work through those personal transitions and obstacles together. That being said, I believe the best therapeutic relationships come when both of us are open, curious, and eager for the growth to come from session-to-session.

Some of my favorite therapy modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I am always open to learning and ready to meet you where you are emotionally and psychologically at.

They asked her,

"How do you know the healing is working?"

She answered,

"When your mind is no longer governed by the past and when you feel peace in situations where you used to feel tension. You more easily connect with joy and happily use boundaries to protect your well-being. The healing is real when your mind feels lighter and loving yourself becomes more natural."
